Which product pages does this widget run on
Citations admitted is what the rules on the next step currently allow for that page. A page below the citation count rule's minimum renders nothing at all, whether or not it is excluded here.
Exclude by URL pattern
For sections you would rather not name product by product. A page matching any pattern here is excluded even if it is not excluded below, and a pattern never admits anything on its own: patterns and per product exclusions both subtract.

Add pattern
Skipping is the same as excluding nothing, which is the point of a blacklist: it is optional in a way the whitelist step cannot be. The remaining steps are identical on both branches.
