Articles whose citations are in use by a retailer cannot be removed immediately. Removal is scheduled for the end of the current billing period instead, and can be canceled until then. If an article is scheduled for removal less than 60 days from now, it is not eligible to be shown in retailers' dashboards when creating widgets.
