Quotes are selected from this text, so editing it can orphan a citation that was taken from a passage you remove. Existing citations keep their quote either way.

Licensing is per article. Moving this to Not yet available stops retailers selecting its citations, and hides the ones they have not placed yet. A placement already on a retailer's page keeps rendering, because the quote is already in their HTML.
