Create organization
1. Details
The address is the organization's, not a property's. It is the billing and remittance address, and it appears on the organization's account page where it can be changed later.
2. Type
The type is locked once created. An organization owns properties of a single type, so moving between types is never implicit.

3. Billing
Consolidated billing
On: properties roll up into one organization-level statement with a per-property breakdown. Any property can later be switched to bill separately from the organization detail page.
4. Invite an organization manager
The manager gets admin access across all properties in the organization. More users can be invited from the organization detail page.
